Default Nutritional Software

Does anybody here use cookbook software that lists nutritional stats? I use Mastercook, but I'm curious about some others, such as The Living Cookbook and Now You're Cooking.

Also, there's a program called Cook’n With Betty Crocker and I'm not totally sure it gives nutritional stats - does anybody know? It sounds great. You can drag and drop recipes to make daily, weekly or even yearly menus.

I'd love to hear opinions!
