Post 3 Means 2 Snack Ideas?

Hello, am new to this forum and am seeking some food support lol.

Changed my meals. Eating more healthy now. Just making the changes from fat food to healthy food dropped me down 5 pounds.

I was wondering if yall' knew some good meals i can whip up thats easy. I am a college student and my campus is swamped with fatty fast foods which i stopped eating as a source of meal.

Now that i cut back on all the means, i never know what to prepare and eat. I dont have a mommy to make food for me when i go home so am on my own. Gotta make my own meals.

So if you know any good meals i can prepare and 2 snacks i can consume let me know, a website is good also, if you know anything please share.

www.womansday.com has a good diet with 2 weeks of menus that have 3 meals and 2 snacks per day.

I love www.helpmecook.com because they have a quick and easy section plus some cool ideas.
and if you go to the foodnetwork.com there is a show called Cooking thin and if you click on the link for the show they have some great recipes there too!

My favorite quick and easy thing to do is stir fry (if you don't have a wok use a skillet) brown the meat with water over medium heat, take it out add diced veggies of your choosing to the wok and add sesame oil or say sauce what ever you like. Place the meat back in and stir together veggies, sauce and meat. Cook rice as a side and voila quick and easy meal. Some times I add cashew for more protein flavor. Hope this helps!
