Hello, am new to this forum and am seeking some food support lol.
Changed my meals. Eating more healthy now. Just making the changes from fat food to healthy food dropped me down 5 pounds.
I was wondering if yall' knew some good meals i can whip up thats easy. I am a college student and my campus is swamped with fatty fast foods which i stopped eating as a source of meal.
Now that i cut back on all the means, i never know what to prepare and eat. I dont have a mommy to make food for me when i go home so am on my own.
Gotta make my own meals.
So if you know any good meals i can prepare and 2 snacks i can consume let me know, a website is good also, if you know anything please share.
