2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Dill
1 Tsp Granulated Splenda (AND ONLY SPLENDA!)
1/2 Tsp Honey
1 Tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
dash Ground Black Pepper
Mix together ingredients and use as baste before cooking or sauce for after cooking.
*Enough for two steaks
**Wild salmon is preferable
