meal calorie counting

I'm new, so I apologize if this has been covered already!
I hate counting calories, but I don't mind to weigh things. Does anybody know of a website/book that has meal choices laid out with the calorie counts for you to choose from for each meal? SELF magazine had a couple in their March issue. I am not interested in any diet plan and I don't eat prepackaged frozen meals. I just want to eat healthy portions without having to think too much about it!
Thanks kindly

I don’t know if there is such a book, but any lite cooking book or even Cooking Light magazine has the calories of any meal you prepare.

Since you don’t like counting calories, why not just try to eat moderate portions of things or follow the food pyramid? I follow the food pyramid & count calories, but I know there are many people who just follow the pyramid & don’t count calories & still lose weight

You can also try fitday.com which lets you enter in a pre-entered food (or you can fill in the labels for cutom foods) and then dice up food to what you eat. Clear as mud? :D
