Question glycemic index

Does any one know where I can find a glycemic index for food on the internet? Or recommend a good book on eating a diet of low glycemic foods?
Thanks

The best book I've read is "The New Glycemic Revolution" by Jennie Brand-Miller, et.al. ISBN number: 1-56924-506-1. There are also a couple of threads on this topic in the forum, and I'm sure you could google on "glycemic index" and find a bunch of stuff. But this book has a pretty long list of foods to get you started. Good Luck.
