Phase 1 Breakfast Alternatives?
I like eggs well enough and have found that cooking them in the microwave at work (after putting in lowfat cheese and some veggies) works well. The problem is, after three days or so, I'd rather eat dirt than look at another egg. Are there any other options that have worked well for people during Phase 1? I was considering adopting the Japanese tradition of eating soup for breakfast. I prefer savory food anyway.
