Default New Years "Fresco Starts"

Hey everyone, how are your New Years Resolutions coming along? Since New Year’s Resolutions are so hard to stick to and most people abandon theirs after the first week, it’s best to make small changes. I recently discovered that one easy small change that can be done with the help of one of the most popular fast food restaurants, Taco Bell and their new program “Fresco Starts.” You can go into any Taco Bell and ask for any menu item “Fresco Style.” This option replaces cheese and sauce with a 5-calorie fiesta salsa, which greatly reduces the fat and calories. You can also test to see if you resolution is a realistic one. Just go to www.tacobell.com to submit your resolution to their Resolution Reality Check program where you can also get tips for setting and keeping realistic goals and you can enter to win a free nutritional consultation with a registered dietitian. Happy New Year!

Default These are SO good! (Taco Bell)

I've eaten at Taco Bell 3 times and had 3 different Fresco items ...the Steak soft taco (3 points) the chicken soft taco (3 points) and the bean burrito (6 points). They were all good (the burrito was too many points, but my husband bought it and brought it home ...he's such a sweetie ...he's trying to help!!). My favorite is the Steak soft taco ...I'd order it again (probably 2). Really good!
