Iīve been following Atkinīs for years and find it super effective and rewarding. The only downfall for me has been the lack of low carb snacks.. coming from a small European country this has always been a big struggle for me.

Could anyone recommend some low carb online stores that ship to Europe? Or any great discoveries at your local food stores?
