Default Filipino Dishes
What is the favorite Filipino food or dishes that you've tasted? Where have you tasted it and do you have a recipe to share?

Oh my! My favorite type of food! I have 2 Filipino sister in laws. I have had Pansit, Lumpia, Fried Rice, Sticky rice, Chicken Adobo and lots of stuff I cant think of I'm sure. I don't really have recipes because I'm like my mom and sisters in law in that I don't measure. My favorites are Lumia (a type of Filipino egg roll I guess) and Chicken adobo.
