Skipped lunch yesterday (good thing I did, because I was able to do a fasting blood test unexpectedly ordered by my doc!)

Today I had homemade tomato/basil soup from the freezer. In October every year, I tend to make this with all of my end of the year tomatoes from the garden. It's easy to make (no canning), and I do appreciate having it handy in the cold months.
