Leftover plain steamed chicken and broccoli (Chinese takeout!) browned in a dry pan and topped with a runny egg. I typically eat 150 calories for breakfast, but this one was closer to 250. I haven't had lunch and I'm not even close to hungry. I'll just skip it and go for dinner.

I was away over the weekend and planned to grocery shop, but was too tired. This morning I had to scramble for food - I had a cheese/turkey sausage and some egg whites with scallions.
Grocery store must happen tonight!
