That breakfast is so appealing to me though, that I'm gonna give it another go! I'm hoping my stomach has forgotten that spinach had become its nemesis.
That's what happened to me with avocado! I pray the spinach thing passes for you. No spinach would make me sad too...

This morning I ate a frittata I made last night. It is SO GOOD.

4 slices of center cut bacon chopped and cooked until crisp
1/2 lb of shredded cabbage cooked in the bacon grease

I wasn't sure which of my pans were oven safe, so I whisked 4 eggs, and 4 egg whites with 1/4 cup skim milk and poured it into a round cake pan lined with parchment paper. I added the cabbage and bacon and threw on chopped scallions - baked at 400 until it was set (15 mins or so).

4 servings in my fridge - so freakin good!

I took leftover roasted cauliflower and butternut squash and made a hash out of it topped with an egg and scallions. Awesome!

Smoothie: strawberries (frozen), bananas (frozen), 1/2 avocado, hemp seeds, slivered almonds, and a tbsp of pure cocoa powder hehe This is my favourite smoothie when I'm craving something sweet because it tastes like a chocolate milkshake.

A smoothie, about half the size of my usual, and I didn't eat it until 10. Seems to be keeping me more on track!

Fruit salad made of 1 peach, 1 banana, a few strawberries, mint, lemon juice, dash of vanilla, and walnuts.

Giving this a try versus the smoothies for a while. I kind of missed chewing my breakfast

A sliced roma tomato with fresh cracked salt and pepper, "creamed" spinach (a wedge of LC melted into wilted baby spinach), all topped with a runny egg.
