Saturday - We woke up late, skipped breakfast and had an early lunch instead. But I did have a cappuccino made with whole milk. Approx. 100 cals.
Sunday - 3 eggs scrambled, plus coffee with milk & sugar. Approx. 285 cals.

We had a delay due to icy conditions today, so my daughter and fiance made me breakfast in bed: a 3-egg scramble with broccoli, tomato, peppers, and mushrooms, topped with part-skim mozz and jalapeno slices. I also had some turkey sausage links and orange juice, but I offered them to the little one.

Finally tried out my Nutribullet! So much better than the blender I was using.
Spinach, green apple, yogurt, lemon juice, honey and water. Plus coffee with milk and sugar. Approx 350
