Monday Nov 24 Breakfast
1/2 cup dry oatmeal prepared, sprinkle of cinnamon.
1/2 banana
1 apple dipped in coco
Coffee 2 cups creamer
300 cals
Weekend was crazy, I kept in line with low calorie choices very well. Except for an order of fries, on Sat, that was my sole lunch.

Two eggs, over-easy and my little one ate one of mine after eating TWO scrambled eggs. Someone is having a growth spurt. I ate about four almonds on my way out the door.

Breakfast
I had a HUGE breakfast.
1 cup of warmed over polenta, 1 piece of french toast, whole wheat Good Seed bread. NO syrup or butter.
2 VERY large over easy steamed eggs
I'm thinking this is close to if not over 500 cal,
I think this was the equivalent of 3 eggs and 2 pieces of toast.
but it was high in protein!
Ok then, it's just an apple and another piece of fruit for me for lunch.
