Didn't eat dinner. Not hungry really, but had a snack of a banana and a few healthy cookies (ingredients: oats, banana, raisins)

Friday night was grilled chicken with veggies and feta cheese.

Saturday night was ribeye steaks, homemade mac and cheese, and sauteed spinach with garlic.

Sunday night was "shrimp scampi" made with gnocchi, an herb butter sauce and had crab meat in it. I also had a house salad, a few bites of crab dip, and chocolate cake for dessert!

Tonight I don't know...something lighter is needed for sure, though I think did well keeping my portions small this weekend.

Didn't really have something lighter, but it was small. I had cheese tortellini, 3 mini meatballs, marinara and mushrooms. Was not in the mood for cooking.

Pho tonight.

Last night was two sushi rolls and dumpling soup.
