I didn't have dinner yet, but I made chicken-less rice noodle soup last night and I plan to eat it for dinner today.

Thanks for starting the new one! Posting so I can find it later... no clue what's for dinner tonight. I have some buffalo chicken soup on hand in case there is no dinner served at my meeting tonight.

Yesterday's dinner was: grilled portobello mushroom "burger" and big side of taboule.

Oh goodness. I never want to see pizza again. I ended up having to small pieces of flatbread from Cosi plus a small salad and a brownie bite at my work meeting.

Then I got home, went to them gym, and was still hungry so I had a SECOND dinner of my buffalo chicken soup and a roll. Just one of those days!

Thankfully, today is a fast day, which always helps get me back on track. No food until dinner, which will be chicken breast with veggies and feta cheese as usual.

Last night we went out for sushi. We split a calamari appetizer, then I had wonton soup, an eel and cucumber roll and a volcano roll. And one glass of wine.

Last night I made (unconventional) bangers and mash with the chicken brats we got at the brewery. I had two links with a relatively small serving of mash and gravy.
