Tonight I had one flatbread with red pepper hummus spread, filled with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, mixed greens and lean turkey. I ate it like a huge taco. Very filling. I estimated 300 calories.

LowDown that sounds yummy!
I made sesame stir fry with sliced pork chops, snow peas, broccoli, rice noodles and a homemade sauce.

Last night was the usual, grilled chicken with sauteed veggies.
Tonight will be turkey chili. Thought I was going to have a snow day so I could simmer it ALL day, but nope! It'll have to be the quick stove top version. May also make corn bread.

Last night was grilled chicken and veggies, the usual.
Tonight is jambalaya with shrimp, chicken and smoked sausage. I'll probably toss in some extra veggies.

Last night I had turkey sweet potato coconut curry with cilantro lime cauliflower rice. Tonight I planned a sweet potato chili, but I may eat some kind of spicy zoodle, peanut sauce, tofu concoction instead.

Last night binged. I ate not only a trigger food but an allergy food (wheat and sugar) and set off a chain reaction. Not going to list food.
Today fasting day, so I kind of ate 4 times in the dinner time but small low cal amounts
apple
celery and hummus
potato
carrots
