I went off the deep end. I think it was the Quest bars. Guess I can't handle anything remotely looking like candy bars! All Quest bars & nuts have been removed from the premises, 'nuff said.

I have no idea - I'm likely going to let the others in the house decide. Usually that means chicken thighs LOL.

Who knows what I'm making with it - maybe okra and tomatoes.

2 eggs, 2 slices of veggie cheese, 1/2 avocado. Was a -1 and ended +2.

Thanks, Dottington.

Today was back on track, though until I'm asleep yet, lol. I really do best sticking to a routine of good-but-not-excitingly-good food. Adding things like nuts and Quest bars derailed me.

Dinner was really early, to get a taste of IF, plus I was hungry,-3:
chicken breast filet with light marinade
broccoli
green salad with feta, tomatos, balsamic

+3

Last night we had zucchini noodles and turkey/mushroom marinara. Today we are having the rest of the turkey meat that we made into burgers, and I'm going to saute some onions and peppers to add into my burger and having it in lettuce.

We'll probably have corn on the cob and tomato salad too.
