Last night I had a little over half an order of french fry nachos. I was a -2 and ended +3. Luckily afterwards I walked 5 miles

I get the Johnsville Grillers Bacon and Cheddar ones and The Alexia Roasted Crinkle Fries which are 100 Calorie

We're having Grilled Kabob's with steak,chicken,Shrimp and Onion and I dont know what we're having for sides.

I made chicken Parmesan last night with spaghetti and marinara sauce. And Cesar salad. I must say, it was the best chicken parm I've ever made and possibly ever had. I only make it once in a blue moon and it was a nice treat.

Last night had the same thing for dinner as lunch...but also a bunch of gluten free chocolate chip cookies

-tempeh "chicken" salad
-lettuce
-tomato
-1/2 avocado
-hot sauce
-too many stupid cookies I lost count!

I was a -3 and ended +4. Sigh, luckily the cookies are staying at my boyfriends and I'm heading back home
