Lunch
3 rice cakes (lightly salted ones 105 cal )
a cup of cold Chinese style veggies, ummm *topping the rice cakes*
not sure of the calories, of the way I prepared them.
Checked the bag, 30cal per 8 oz, I stir fry with a little olive oil and add seasonings. So I will add I don't know 30 more cals for 60
cup of coco 50 cal
and a big mug of chicken broth with zuch chunks simmered in it. Defatted homemade broth no salt, so 30 cals?
245 cals, heck I can have some fruit as a snack later.

My bento was so yesterday I made the same things today I tried lowering the calories by having less rice and using half egg whites. The tamagoyaki actually turned out better with the egg whites. Next time I'll try just one full egg to further lower the calories.
-tamagoyaki(2 eggs, 2 egg whites)
- 1/2 c japanese rice
-sunomono
-dash of sriracha
