My lunch was steamed vegetables, with BBQ chicken, went down a treat.

Today I packed cheesy cauliflower soup - I don't think I'd make that specific recipe again. It's not awful, but I don't look forward to it like I do with other meals. It's kind of blah.

A small salad with a little dressing - was supposed to be fasting until dinnertime, but had a lunch meeting at work and ate a bit to be polite. Oh well! Smaller dinner

steamed broccoli with cayenne, fresh pineapple.
Like every other day for the last 6 weeks. Ha.

But who can argue with 3.67lb a week loss? I'll keep the broccoli and pineapple until it stops working.

The grapefruit breakfast I could live without. hate the stuff.

Looking forward to my 4 turkey meatballs in tomato sauce and 1 slice of toast with olive oil, garlic and pepper for dinner though!!!

Leftover buffalo chicken soup. I think we have a winner with this recipe...making a double batch next time!

I had 1.5 cups of leftover homemade turkey black bean soup. It's really tasty and low in weight watchers points. I made it for the first time this week and I'll definitely be making it again soon!

I have a cup of split pea soup in the work fridge from last week. We had a potluck brunch on Friday and I ate the one gluten free item - cheesy grits casserole, so my lunch and snacks weren't touched. I'll tell you, it was so delicious, but my stomach was in PAIN for two days

munchy-sorry about the stomach pain. I get it too if I eat something out of the ordinary.

Salad
-tons of lettuce
-tomato slices
-cucumber slices
-shredded carrots
-1 serving fried tofu(not breaded though,just tofu)
-1/4 c peanut dressing
=Estimated at 350-400. Didn't get to make my lunch so grabbed this salad from a thai place. Very filling and large. Couldn't get a good estimate from mfp though Dinner will be low cal to play it safe since its possible its far more calories.

Today I went out with a friend to Greek food. Instead of getting the falafel wrap with fries, like I used to, I got a salad. It was sooooo good. It had tomatoes, feta, kalamata olives and a generous helping of delicious marinated chicken. I had the dressing on the side and I didn't even need it!

I've been like this since I was a kid - it sucks! I have been cutting out food in groups just to figure it out, but it seems that it's just high fat or high carb that really do a number on me.

Today I have a cup of curry lentil soup.

Dottington, it is nice to see you posting again!

I am unfortunately nibbling on a little bit of chocolate and will have some tea to try to get through lunch today since some idiot threw away all the food in the fridge at work.

A cup of spicy tomato blue cheese soup! I thought I was out, but I found another one amongst my freezer arsenal.
