^^ Munchy, that sounds awesome! I googled it soon after I saw it...is it the Michael Symon's version? I'm trying to convince my mom to make it with her tomatoes...she processes like 75 pounds of tomatoes and freezes them every summer.

Today I had an Italian sub and a handful of potato chips.

It is! I've been making it for probably five years now, ever since I saw it online. I swap out the cream for evaporated skim milk and it ends up being 118 calories per cup. Make a double batch and definitely freeze some. It's AMAZING!
