Left over fresh spring rolls from last night with my beloved peanut sauce lol I think I could seriously eat this all day every day! Luckily its very low calories and really filling
Was a -3 and ended +2.

LOL Dottington...I was wondering how long until someone noticed that! I primarily use Frank's but I also love Louisiana when I can find it. So much flavor, so few calories
I have a strawberry, banana, spinach & yogurt smoothie today for lunch.

Today I'm going to have a cup of broccoli/cheese soup. It's made with pureed white beans so it's creamy, but doesn't require too much cheese.
