Didn't really have a lunch yesterday. I had a soft pretzel with mustard while we were out and a spoonful of peanut butter once we were home to tide me over until dinner.

Lunch at a work conference. I didn't have breakfast knowing I would likely have a large lunch...
It was a salad, had half a roll with butter, a baked? Chicken breast, asparagus, and I had a few bites of the potato pancake. Also ate the entire mini lemon merangue pie (removed most of the merangue because it tasted more like marshmallow...ew).
Ate late, finally the husband is home! he ate the other half of the pizza I had made the night before and wanted me to make another.
I did the best I could with what I had and, it was good. I joined him in that as he can't eat a pizza and a half, even if it's a small one. It was actually more of a flat bread with pesto and extra Parmesan cheese with sweet onions, I left off the chicken went veggie.
Probably less calories than the on with white chedder and chicken.
Dottington - I know the feeling. It definitely helps to switch it up! Shouldn't be too difficult to keep the fixings for two different kinds of salad on hand.
Today is a bowl of leftover white chicken chili mixed with leftover chicken pho (sans noodles), so basically chicken soup with tons of veggies, white beans, and I added a spoonful of hot pepper relish.
And a handful of plain potato chips.
And then I discovered leftover subs in the fridge about had about 4 inches of an Italian sub. Ugh. No snacks for me today! Glad I only had a banana for breakfast.
