Hi guys I love this thread it's a great way of tracking what you eat! Eating healthy and fighting the fat. I had a nice hot cup of coffe and some scrambled eggs!

Iced coffee and a slice of toasted with butter. Never got around to eating the hard boiled eggs I packed, but they may become a snack later.
