You wouldn't eat it.
Broiled sardines (frozen), kippers (smoked) and squid (canned) washed down with steelcut oats made with flaxseed milk, honey, Ceylon cinnamon, chili powder, tabasco habanero sauce, vanilla, dried Turkish apricots and dried figs.
A 600+ calorie protein/omega 3/soluble fiber bomb. But it don't make me fat.

What I ate so far today?????
Breakfast=1sm bowl of instant apple cinnamon oatmeal
and 1 tall cup-o-Jo.
ice H20,ice H20,ice H20,ice H20
Lunch= white rice(steamed 1 cup), and steamed broccoli and carrots,(1 cup).
ice H20,ice H20,ice H20
snack= peach gummy rings(5).
ice green tea, ice green tea
snack= fishy crackers(23). +ice green tea, ice green tea
Dinner= More white rice, and chicken nuggets, with 1 braed w/ mayo, and maybe more steamed veggies, diluted milk w/ H20...?(so far)
