A biscuit with butter, cottage cheese and pineapple. Yum! Felt really good to have breakfast after two days without. And coffee. Lots of coffee.

Ah, grand. It's best to be weird in pairs.

I've been a boring brekkie eater this week. Yesterday was the same as one day llast week - retro pea salad spooned over hard-cooked eggs plus some strawberries. Today I had the same thing as a couple days ago - egg scramble with mushrooms, ham, and cheddar with a side of cottage cheese & applesauce.

Brussels sprouts, tossed with olive oil, Sriracha, and honey, then roasted, with some smoked turkey sausage added when the brussels sprouts were almost done. With poached eggs. And raspberries.

I don't think it's boring, lol! I think it sounds great! The weird body comment was related to eating high levels of sugar/carbs in the morning and being able to last until the next meal. I definitely can't do that and it makes me feel sluggish to eat too many grains or sugar.

Novus, I once shredded a whole bunch of brussels sprouts and sauteed them in a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper, and topped it with a runny egg. It was so delicious, and similar to your breakfast.

What IS boring is my same two egg/spinach/ham muffin cups this morning. I'm a creature of habit, and I have no more than 2 minutes to warm up AND eat my breakfast before carting off my child to school and heading to work.

Protein smoothie with frozen banana, 1 tbl of unsweetened cacao powder, 1/2 cup of soy milk, 2 tbl of unsweetened soy protein isolate. Normally I just do a fruit smoothie with the protein powder but today I was wanting something different. I really love my morning smoothie
