Some more awesomeness about coconut oil. And thanks for the thanks. Very short article but spells out why coconut oil 'works'. We have raw organic cocoa in the house. I mixed a little in with a tablespoon of coconut oil. Way more complex, pretty good.

Coconut oil rocks. So does ghee (clarified butter). I make my own out of organic grass fed butter. I usually use them both together in cooking.
