Default Healthy Seafood Recipes, anyone?

Hi, I am looking for some healthy seafood recipes. I am making scallops for the first time tonight, and I would love to learn how to do that in different ways, along with crabcakes and shrimp.

Any ideas???

Thanks!

THIS RECIPE for Ginger Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-fry. Super easy, reasonably cheap, low cal...and scrumptious! It's on my menu rotation a couple times a month.

I can't say enough about Florida Fish Tacos on a low fat tortilla. The recipe can be found at: http://howtodoflorida.com/florida-co...da-fish-tacos/. I make these with sweet potato (baked) fries. They go well together.

I also make mahi mahi ceviche which is also scrumptious.

Shrimp fajitas!

I also like grilled shrimp.

I do a simple sear on my scallops - salt, pepper and butter. Mmmm

Try looking here Skinnytaste Seafood

I will say that her tomato caper sauce for any white fish is simple and absolutely delicious.

I've been eying the jalapeno shrimp cakes and both kebob recipes (esp the salmon with lemon!)

My favorites since I've been a kid are salmon marinated in teriyaki and grilled and pan seared lemon pepper sea scallops - my mom still makes them for my birthday to this day

Sometimes I make tuna cakes because they're cheaper than crab.

Ooooh. I do like scallops.

I do nothing special to them. I cut them in half if they are too big.

Heat a pan with canola oil (not olive oil because it cannot take the heat) and then get it real hot.

I add the scallops and don't touch them for two minutes.

I then flip them and don't touch them for another two minutes.

Done.

Oh, also the skinnytaste cajun spiced flounder is a go-to. It's great with rice, spaghetti squash, zucchini/squash noodles, etc.
