They mentioned Noodles & Company in this article and the online calorie flowchart, but one thing they didn't mention is that at the stores you can ask for their nutrition information and they hand you a large, laminated nutrition chart with the flow chart on the back. It makes it so much easier to order when at the restaurant.


Some restaurants are so great about having their nutrition information online and may even have a lot of great choices, but the nutrition info they have in the restaurants to view are abysmal. It would be so lovely if all restaurants were as accommodating as Noodles in this regard.

Great list: The one thing I would say is tack on an extra, say 50 calories to whatever they say. I worked in fast food enough to know that things like sauce, shredded cheese, even veggies vary by whoever is making the food.

I'm totally gonna do the guac thing at Wendy's! Their chili is my go-to when I'm in a serious pinch and having it topped with guac sounds awesome! And for free!!
