Ok, I just have to share! I made a cup of steamed broccoli and 1 cup of steamed cauliflower (100 calories), added 1 serving of low fat cottage cheese (90 calories) and 2 tablespoons or so of mild salsa (10 calories). That was my dinner and it was awesome! I feel stuffed from it and that's not like me at all!
First goal: under 180: 3/4/15
Second goal: 175 or below: 3/24/15
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:
