Default What foods are your MVPs?

As i enter the fourth month of my lifestyle change, some foods really emerge as central to my new eating habits! I just wanted to see what foods get other people through..so maybe i can change it up!

So what 3 foods are your MVP's?

For me it's:
Onions- yummy and volumizes
100 calorie cottage cheese and fruit packs (Breakstone):
Egg beaters

Curiosity- Do you just eat the sardines as a snack or are you using them to layer flavor into sauces?

Snack or even a light meal.

But I like the idea of mixing them into sauces- do you do that? What kind of sauces, if you do? I know some people like them in marinara.
