Question Hemp Hearts and Chia Seeds

Took a trip to Costco today and bought a bag of Hemp Hearts and a bag of Chia seeds. I have been reading about how both of these are "Superfoods" so I thought I would give them a try. I know that I can sprinkle both of these on just about anything, but I am just wondering about other ways to incorporate them into my diet. Any suggestions??

I started letting the chia sit in water and squeezing in a lemon and sugar, like a chia fresca. But figured that was no longer aloud cause of the sugar. I guess u coukd use splenda or stevia but i dont like those artificial sweeteners. I sometimes put chia seed in almond vanilla milk add a tsp peanut butter and coco powder after it has sat in the fridge for a while. It's like ice cream to me yum. Or if baking I substitute butter for chia by adding a tbs to water. Example 1/4 cup water for 1/4 butter. Now I just add 2 table spoons to a cup of water after it sits for a while I add chlorophyll I now think it is so good. The in Increases fiber I believe has helped with my weight loss. I know I have heard of making your own protien bars with it, but have yet to tried.
I am going to look into hemp hearts.

You can mix chia seeds in water and drink them first thing in the morning. I forget the exact ratios. It's this thick, liquidy consistency. It doesn't taste great but it's wonderful for digestion.

Right now I'm having some plain organic yogurt with banana for breakfast. I sprinkled in a scoop of chia seeds (my container came with it's own scoop!) and it's really good! Very filling.

I really want to make this chocolate chia pudding some time:

Thanks everyone, some good ideas here I am not sure if I can bring my self to drink them in their gel form... it is kinda nasty looking, but I might give it a shot anyway!

Ha ha I was kinda grossed out by it at first too, that's why I made it as a lemon aid cause the seeds tasted like pulp. At first they some what reminded me of boba which felt weird in my mouth. It passed though.
