Superbowl Sunday wknd is upon us! Woo hoo
Hubby & I will be hosting game day for 20 friends this year. Here are few of the healthier options I will be making. Of course I will be making plenty of NOT so figure friendly stuff too, for the less calorie conscience ones.
Mexican Shrimp cocktail-
Instead of wings, I'm making chicken tenderloin skewers-
Fruit kabobs- I will use a fruit flavored greek yogurt as a dip for those who want to get their dunk on!
No worries, I won't post any of the real caloric stuff I'll be making, as I do NOT want to tempt anybody with that food porn! I plan to indulge in all of the above and have a sampling of a few desserts & will wash it down with a lil homemade vino too!
My 80/20 plan gives me the flexibility to do just that & suits me and my lifestyle.
