I've made it!
I cook a few cups of cauliflower in the microwave (raw or frozen) then put it in a blender for a minute to make a mashed potato like consistency.
Then I add 1 egg, salt, garlic and baking powder. Make into pizza crust shape and cook at 400 for aprox 10 minutes, add toppings, and cook until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
Very low cal and low carb.
