there's been some talk on here about 417 paleo recipes and I thought I'd give it a review after getting my book.
I am having this recipe book for 1 month now and so far it's been really good.
In that month I lost about 15 pounds, without starving and having any diets, and what is more important is that I feel much stronger and healthier.
Who else having this book? I would like to hear your opinions.
