I have long believed that some of the chemicals that are added to our food is bad for us, but the problem is which ones?
So here it is... If you know of something that is added to our food that we need to avoid... tell us about it.
The one I'm researching now
Bromine. This chemical is used as a flame ******ant and a pesticide... but the scary part is its use in our food. Since the 1980s the use of iodine has been replaced with bromine (its cheaper) Check your labels.
Azodicarbonamide - Flour bleached with Bromine
Brominated vegetable oil - bromine added to the oil, keeps the oil from floating on the top of a product (keeps it mixed)
This substance has been linked to obesity, diabetes, and breathing issues.
