Anyone ever reheat? I'd love to make some of these to reheat at work the next day. I am kind of hooked on some of the frozen lean cuisine ones for lunch, but of course I know that I could do better!
First major goal to lose 10% of my 355lb weight Jan 1, 2013 (35.5lbs=319.5)!! MET IT ON FEB 2014!!
Next goal 20% of my 355lb weight (20% = 284#)
1 dancing marshmallow for every 5 pounds I lose to not look like one anymore!
I also have used the flatout wraps as a pizza crust. The nice thing is that you don't have to worry about tempting left overs. Another tip is to buy finely shredded cheese since it stretches further and you can use less.
Bumpin' up this thread because I love the idea of using cream cheese as a white sauce (Thanks, Joss!) which is perfect if you don't have alfredo sauce on hand (or just don't want to use it.) You can even doctor the cream cheese up with some garlic and italian seasoning. I think a white chicken broccoli/spinach "alfredo" pizza is in store for this weekend.
