A filling meal for 250 calories
I have been trying to keep ingredients for fast simple meals on hand. My latest favorit is a Joseph's whole wheat w/flax pita (60 calories), grilled chicken, hummus or laughing cow cheese and raw baby spinach. This is easy to throw together and filling. I can go crazy with the spinach and add very few calories. I sometimes eat Special K chips if I need a little crunch (110 calories for 27 chips)
Sometimes I add prosciutto instead of chicken.
