Cheese! My favorite food in the world! I would eat it more often, but it always gives me a tummy ache.

Chips and salsa, grapes, cherries (my god, cherries are my bane), mozzarella cheese sticks, roasted pineapple.

A mixture of almonds, peanuts, and dried cranberries!

Although I tend to get carried away when they're in front of me...

I can't have too many treats around because I am not disciplined. I will eat the EVERYTHING in sight.

SF Jello is only 5-10 calories per serving (depending on if you make it from the box or buy the little cups) and SF/FF whipped cream is only about 15 calories per serving.

Sugar free snow-cones. I have the following sugar free syrups: pina colada, coconut, root bear, strawberry margarita, salted caramel, dark chocolate. I eat occasionally when I want a real treat. Though getting out the ice shaver kinda annoys me - it is big and clunky.

I also really like sugar free popsicles. I like Kroger-brand sugar free banana popsicles (15 calories), Edy's sugar-free fruit juice pops (the small ones, 25 calories each), and sugar-free fudge pops - again, the small ones, 40 calories each.

Well, you didn't say it had to be healthy...Cheese cake!!!! I never buy it, rarely have it - maybe at a restaurant every few years. I didn't get fat eating cheese cake, but I sure do love it.

Otherwise, dark chocolate, stinky cheese.

Nutella and Milo are my two treats. I have them every day and they haven't hindered my weight loss attempts in any way.
