I have been off diet pop for 16 days now and I can't believe I have survived.
I have decided to try and go without any kind of soda for at least 1 month. I am hooked on sparkling water. I'm finding that it's the carbonation that I like, not the soda and chemicals. Anyway, I have also been giving Stevia another shot. I swore that I couldn't stand the after taste, but I think I was using too much. You only need 2-3 drops depending on the sweetness your trying to achieve. If you use too much it will be bitter and nasty tasting. Anyway, I have been using Sweet Leaf flavored Stevia and I'm really liking it. Today, I ordered several different flavors. I've been using Vanilla Creme in my coffee and it has really been enjoyable and with NO chemicals. Just wanted to share.
