My Home Made Lunch - You don't have to starve to lose weight

    I would like to share my home made lunch to you guys. I am now having this (together with my bf) for almost a week in my diet plan and we think it is absolutely a healthy, less calories and delicious lunch *slurrp* who said you can't have your favourite food while you are on weight loss plan?

    Ingredient:
    - Wheat bread
    - Fresh vegetables and tomatoes (Sometime, I add sweet bell peppers as well)
    - Organic Ham
    - Cheese
    - Red beans mixed with eggs

  • Nice presentation! I think it looks VERY tasty!!!!! Everyone likes something different--and beans could be substituted with a nice broth or low fat soup! I always "try" to make my meals have a nice presentation like you did in the photo above....makes it feel better to eat somehow??!!!! I often have a wrap with deli meat or tuna, a cup of soup, a dill pickle, and a low fat yougurt for a nice little lunch.....
