Cherries yum, we will not have those until the end of summer or near the end of summer. sigh
I did not get too much as I still had veg. from last week.

Fiddleheads (foraged-1 pound $10- a luxury item for sure)
2 containers of cremini mushroooms ($6)
1 dozen large eggs (5)
Large bag of salad greens-spicy mix- (5)

1 cup fairtrade organic coffee (1.50)
1 small sweet potato muffin (1.50)
The first asparagus of the season was to be in but froze. We had a cold spell last week and asparagus is delicate. So will hope for first asparagus of the season this coming Saturday. Do not know if I can afford the fiddleheads again but they were amazing!!!! Morels will be coming in too, wild, but will be expensive I know.
