So I bought a head of Napa Cabbage at the store for a recipe, and I found out I only need 4 leaves! So now I have a whole head of Napa and no idea what to do with it, besides put some of it in a stir fry. Anyone have any ideas?
It makes a great slaw type salad. I especially enjoy it with a lighter version of a Chinese Chicken salad type dressing or.....as the main veg in a Chinese Chicken salad - a full meal that uses lots of the crunchy sweet nutritious cabbage.
