We are following a high protein/low carb diet... and our go to foods are these:
Meat, meat, chicken, chicken, pork, and more meat...lol.. :-P
Eggs
Sliced Cheese/Shredded Cheese
Lunch Meat
Cottage Cheese
Bagel Thins
Cream Cheese
Yogurt
Peanut Butter
Fresh Fruit
Almonds
We were buying a lot of frozen vegetables but have totally switched over to fresh:
Broccoli
Asparagus
Green Beans
Some Protien Bars
WW Frozen Meals
Milk
For breakfast I eat an egg/cottage cheese/and yogurt
Lunch I usually eat a low cal frozen meal like WW or leftovers from dinner
Dinner is typically a side of protein/some veggies/and milk
