Great foods for small budget and picky eaters
Hi. I know this section has some great tips on eating healthy, but I was wondering if people could give me suggestiosns for great teasing food for the family, that is very inexpensive to buy. We are feeding a family of four adults on one income, and include one really picky eater (essentially a four year old diet..hates veggies). My family is not really adventurous eaters, and has alot of food allergies.
No seafood, no soy, no mushrooms, no garlic, nothing really spicy.
So besides that, do you guys have any tips for good healthy foods at cheap prices (like a brand of frozen fruits, best chicken at low price and where, or where to get coupons for healthy foods).
Oh, also quick delicious recipes with these foods would be great(like Greek yogurt with flavor packet for cheesecake)...I have a super picky eater to prepare food for, so I have to find great food and recipes for very cheap.
