Default Go Picnic meals?

Anyone else tried them? i'm kind of a fan, at least on an occasional basis. They're shelf-stable, mostly organic, junk-free types of things, and seem to be under 400 calories for any/all of them. Pretty standard meat/cheese/cracker/trailmix/dessert type stuff, but I'm a fan of that sort of thing. Found mine at a local Super Target. Anyone else? What's your take on it?

(They are a little spendy for what they are at $4 a pop, but they are a nice backup plan to keep in a desk or bookbag...)
