For a while, I was resorting to chewing gum. That got old pretty fast and I'd eventually go snack on something I shouldn't consume lol. Lately, drinking tea (mainly green tea) has helped a lot because, not only do I love the taste, but it keeps me a bit full for another hour or more. I'd drink lots of water in addition to that too, so my focus shifts from "I want a snack" to "I really need to run to the bathroom for the millionth time this hour."
