Chocolate Cheerios

Do you think Chocolate cheerios would be and ideal breakfast, Or is fattening? I bought some today it tastes great, but i feel bad after i eat it for some reason. I need someone to please respond if it would be okay for everyday breakfast/snack.

Not fattening, but also not filling unless you add some protein to your breakfast.
