Thanks for the suggestion. I will try it. I have had it in the past in a restaurant. I have forgotten what it tastes like. The issue that I have with most taco sauces is that they are not hot enough so I have to add a lot. It seems like the hotter varieties have a lot more sodium. It's a no win situation. Maybe the Sriracha is hot enough that I don't have to add much, so I will get less sodium. It's worth a try.
